Shipping and Delivery Policy

TO OUR U.S. CUST CUSTOMERS: 

Due to recent imposition of US import tariffs, additional costs may be incurred inaddition to the normal US duties and taxes levied by US customs for goods arriving in the US. The changes may affect delivery of your Tensatoner(s) until the US additional import charges are paid. You can check with US Customs and obtain details of the additional charges that will be applicable before placing an order. When making an inquiry, you will need to identify the Tensatoner product using the Harmonized System code, 9506919000

SHIPPING

We currently only offer flat rate shipping for single items via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service for UK customers, and the Tracked & Signed service for International customers. Royal Mail currently offer the best value shipping for the delivery timescales and level of insurance cover required. We do not add any additional costs to the published shipping provider's prices, however we are required to add VAT to the cost of shipping for UK customers. Please note, the shipping provider may change the cost of shipping at anytime, therefore their prices are subject to change without notice. We will actively review the shipping services we use to ensure you are receiving the best value.

We aim to process and dispatch orders for items that are in stock within 3 working days. Orders are then sent via one of the shipping services shown above, selected at the time of placing the order.

Once your order has shipped you will be provided with shipping and tracking information via email. Shipping costs are provided before you check out. Please ensure the delivery address provided is correct. Please contact us immediately if you discover an error in the delivery address provided at check out. We will not be able to correct delivery address errors once your order has shipped.

Please note the final checkout price, does not include any customs charges and/or sales tax that may be applicable to your country. An import duty and/or sales tax may be charged by your country for goods you buy from abroad. These charges (if any) are your responsibility and payable directly to the customs authorities in your country and are not included in the final sale price at checkout. You should ensure you are aware of any additional costs imposed by custom regulations in your country prior to making the purchase. In some countries these charges must be paid before the delivery can be completed by the shipping company. Charges imposed by customs regulations in your country are your responsibility.

For your information the TENSATONER device is shipped using the HS tariff code corresponding to "Articles and equipment for general physical exercise, gymnastics or athletics (Other)".

DELIVERY

Deliveries require an adult signature. Please ensure the delivery is accepted and signed for by you or an authorized person aged 18 or over.

Royal Mail delivery times for each shipping service shown is available on the Royal Mail website and provided at the time of placing the order. We do not guarantee the Royal Mail delivery times shown. These are provided as a guidance. If your shipment is past due according to the published Royal Mail delivery times, please contact us.

UK customers can expect delivery by 1pm, Monday to Friday, on the day after your shipping and tracking confirmation email is received. Delivery timescales for international customers will vary depending on the country. You can find more information about Royal Mail international shipping zones here.

TRACKING

Information regarding your shipment will be provided to you via email. You will be able to track status and progress of your delivery and determine the approximate time of delivery.
